Unable to cancell

I attempted an effort free container and didn't approve other things. They delivered a house supply container and charged my CREDIT and each time I contact to cancell it is a 35 to 45-minute delay and that I never cope with to anybody. I'd like the house supply terminated and them to prevent charging my card.
