I ordered a trial of the product, but I returned and they mailed me another packet, I returned using registered mail. I called them up and spoke with the supervisor and she agreed to take it off, but then the bill continued, I called the bank to stop the payment, but the bank said I have to handled the matter. Now my bank said if I don't pay the amount which is $59.99 it will informed the credit center about me being bad credit. Now I am stuck, I did not get any product and have to pay the money. I did not even keep the brush!
What a rip off!!
