Did not order but was charged multilpe times

Sent me a free month of the diet tea. Used to do not enjoy it and didn't want more. They billed me $59.92 on august 2 and again on ausust 16. Subsequently i discover 2 additional charges associated with the corporation for

Eboo2 and ebook2 whatever that's. I can't obtain a live person or answer with this. I'd like them to prevent charging our creditcard.
