I ordered things in the same size I always do anywhere else, except when I bought from Hollister, only half of the stuff fit me and the rest was way too small. I like their button-up shirts, but their jeans are poor quality. They didn't fit me like all my other pairs do, and they're the same size. The shirt they shipped me had a stain on the front of it and they refunded it for a fraction of the price and refused to ship me a new one. The jeans that didn't fit they refunded, and they refused to send a requested replacement pair that was $5 cheaper. The vest I sent back that was too small is the only thing they replaced and sent back, but it is costing me $7 more than when I originally bought it. Customer service was completely useless. They ripped me off twice in a row, and I am not pleased with them at all. I am never shopping there again, at least not online. They have nice clothes, granted, but don't shop online, it will waste your money and time.
