I ordered things in the same size I always do anywhere else, except when I bought from Hollister, only half of the stuff fit me, the rest was way to small. I like their button up shirts, but their jeans are crap, they didn't fit me like all my other pairs do and they're the same size. The shirt they shipped me had a stain on the front of it and they refunded it for a fraction of the price and refused to ship me a new one, the jeans that didn't fit they refunded and refused to send back a requested replacement pair that was $5 cheaper, and the vest I sent back that was too small is the only thing they replaced and sent back but it is costing me $7 more than when I originally bought it. Customer service was completely useless. They ripped me off twice in a row, and I am not pleased with them at all. I am never shopping there EVER again... At least not online. They have nice clothes granted, but don't shop online, it will waste your money and time.
