Service Department. A service tech came out and unclogged my pool pump on Dec. 2 which was filled with leaves. It took him 20 minutes. I asked him to also replace a sticking ball valve I had discussed with him on his last visit. He told me the ball valve is a standard item to carry but he didn't happen to have one that day. I called the service department two days later to see when he was coming back. They told me Sean (the tech) had left the company and that to replace the ball valve they would charge me another trip charge and another labor charge. That's a ripoff.
