I have gone to the salon at Ulta in Maple Grove mn for over a year now. I'm one if those people who get a haircut twice a year. But because of my experience with Amanda I've gone in for a cut and color every 6-8 weeks for the past year. Amanda is AMAZING. When she cuts my hair it always looks better than I'd expected. And she basically does a trim/keeps the cut in it's shape but she adds subtle changes each time so it's an exciting new haircut. She knows so much about products, styling and the chemistry of hair that multiple people often consult with her for advice every time I've seen her. She takes the time to show me various ways to style my hair and what products will do what. No matter what my mood is when I walk in to the salon, I always leave with a smile on my face. Amanda boosts my self-esteem and my mood. It is obvious that she loves what she does. Anither minor thing that I enjoy about the Maple Grove salon is the interactions between the stylists. It seems really apparent that they're all pretty close and are friends as well as coworkers. It creates this environment of comfort. They seem to care for each other and genuinely enjoy each other's company. If I could recommend Amanda to the world, I would. She is fabulous and has such a caring and beautiful personality that her amazing haircuts are almost secondary to what I love about seeing her. Almost.
