Every time I've been to Cost Cutters I have never been pleased with the haircuts. I made a HUGE mistake going there to get my eyebrows waxed. On the first eyebrow she made it completely short and now my eyebrow start in the middle of the eye. The second eye she barley did anything to. Now my eyebrows are completely embarrassing and I have never been this unsatisfied. I can't even go out in public.
