My sister and i went to supercuts for a haircut and we had extentions on (keratip fusion) they chopped up our hair with normal scissors and with the same scissors they cut our extention hair too. They completely ruined our extentions! We had to take off extentions as a final result and the rude lady that called me back from corporate had the worst defensive snotty attitude i kept telling her to calm down and stop yelling at me and she refused to give me her name and said if i wanted her name to call corporate she was corporate and it would get back to her anyhow. She yelled over and over that she couldnt help me and that "in super cuts they dont cut hair that doesnt grow out of the scalp"! Why did they cut our hair then? They didnt give us a receipt on purpose i guess cause now the lady from coorporate said that without a receipt they cant help me! Never ever again! I do not recommend this chain. Even the lady from coorporate told me that she had extension and that why did i go to a chain company to get my hair cut?! I said i thought that they were professional and knew how to simply cut hair isnt the place called "super cuts' the location i went to is in aventura florida.
