I created a scheduled appointment for kitten neuter and set it-up as sensitive without informing me. I acquired no-call the day before his surgery so-called the neighborhood quantity from 7-8 AM that evening. Your pet clinic explained I'd to contact the 800 telephone number that was on my bill (that was a few months before) and that demanding 7 when calling Petsmart fails before shop opened (I suppose the answering device must inform the owner that), They'dnot named whilst the visit was sensitive plus they stated they'd get him in so long as I used to be there. The supervisor was unapologenic and served like I had been silly. Our local veterans can get my company from today on.inexperienced company and never customer support focused.
