I bought a collar in the site, got a collar that didn't match my puppy. They'd not provide reimbursement and struggled with me for just one month. However no return. Collar was to become 1 3/4" and was handed 1" large. Duration was likewise too brief despite the fact that I calculated the throat properly. They stated I bought a collar which was custom with no reimbursement might be provided; nevertheless, I picked one-off the web siteis checklist and today it's been taken off the checklist and never a choice anymore. Customer support very hard to work well with. Wouldn't reply or return calls, wouldn't use me about the online talk. Needed to keep in touch with supervisor who did not react for 7 days (informed it'd be instantly). While talked again, supervisor wasn't available anymore. Only suffering to obtain a collar that match my puppy. They did provide 15% on next purchase that will be another frustration! Why might I purchase from their store again?
