Requested this whole item including collar, lead and 2 DVD set. After getting it I tried enjoying the DVDs equally on my dvd-player and using the PC and also the DVDs were empty. Sent twice and received no reply. Consequently, the collar and its own lead, that have been not inexpensive, are resting within their container since I have do not know just how to make use of the item since the DVDs do not work. Exactly what a fraud! They consider your cash and also have NO customer support.
