It was not explained to me that the animal I adopted had a pre existing condition before I adopted her and purchased the insurance the shelter SOLD HARD. 2 months later I want to cancel, and want a full refund. I recieved no service, no goods. I want my $400 back NOW. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and filing suit against the shelter and 24 Pet Watch for fraud.
