Animal neglect

I came across Whipstaff Farm a location where creatures have now been overlooked and also have eliminated without food or water. The farm is unkept and in bad situation for not only creatures but individuals aswell. These folks appear to wish to group creatures despite their failure to take care of them. I don't suggest them to anybody or something that is breathing!
