Our name is Elma, I am 82 yrs old. I reside in the kingsboro property, the mature building about the 18th floor. Several doors down from me a tenant includes a kitten. I actually donot think he's emptied the catbox because he shifted in (8 weeks ago). The odor is really poor till it is in most the flats on that ground.
