The heat of the shop (#400 stores at Stroud, Stroudsburg PA 18360), grooming salon was more than 85 levels and totally inappropriate!!! I request to talk to a they got a guy called Paul for me and he explained, that there's never been an issue, I maintain my home at 74 and my pets back there now-so I actually donot understand what to inform you. He was rude and totally unprofessional. I quit with my three pets right then and there and informed him I'd be getting into contact with Corporate, and he explained togo forward all that'll occur may be the shop will receive a writeup and nothing may alter! I actually donot believe this is actually the reaction a person must get when he/she is creating a criticism or displaying problem for that creatures or even the petsmart employees. The type of perspective and reaction that I had been provided was incredible. I'll be likely to time with this particular issue. Paul was right I named corporate but still haven't obtained a telephone call back, therefore my next thing is likely to be time! Following this encounter I don't think that petsmart cares concerning the creatures inside itis treatment or their workers and definitely not their clients. I still can't overcome the temperature. Of this salon, it had been unreal!
