No invoice / response/website errors

I bought a flea remedy out of this organization on 06-04-09, my banking account was billed twice for that same product. The web site didn't understand my tackle with my money, because of prgramming mistakes. I've not received my bill or reaction showing cost was received or something what-so ever. Our banking account was billed cost was received. The corporation doesn't possess a telephone number for customer support.

I believe the corporation is fraudulant
