Vickie Ives Speir and her group of Juice Facilities in Marshall, Tx (Woodlawn, Tx, really, just north of Marshall) deliberately breeds cats with deformed top knee bones which make them not capable of making your way around except through jumping in a similar to somebody utilizing a pogostick. She calls them the Twisty Cats.
However, this isn't illegal in Florida. Speir began publicizing the cats in 1998 and obtained a large backlash in exchange. She currently pities himself openly, views himself persecuted, and vilifies, intends and harasses the folks who protest her steps and/or attempt to place a stop to it. Her husband has quit her. The older of her two kids, Victoria (Tori), has openly backed her within this and her younger child, who's 16, hasn't stated something openly against it.
