I purchased an 8yr old quality fraction horse gelding from Casey Palmer and Jodi Bagwell. I noticed him on the site and that I first was wondering of a diverse horse on the website and wasn't obtaining a reaction by mail and so I named and that I spoke to Casey by what I needed in a mount. I told him that I needed a mount that I really could walk ride on, which was secure since we've children within our neighborhood and was wishing to obtain a mount the children might experience. I told him that used to do not need one that might buck or do any point like this. That I'd been bucked down and required a totally shattered mount. He explained the one which I used to be considering wouldn't be nearly as good which additional one which he'd, called Mess. I mentioned of yes I did so observe him on the website aswell. He explained this mount is very good. You are able to experience him everywhere and do something. You are able to draw him from the meadow and obtain directly on and he'll function as the same every time (nicely I suppose that's correct he bucks every time). He explained I'd various other people out nowadays that looked over him however they haven't made the decision which is first-come first-serve. And so I mentioned okay I'll get him. He explained you have to insert the cash in my experience and that I may email you the data and that I have somebody that may provide him for you within the next couple of days and it'll be about $300. And so I got he e-mail using the cable data and went to the financial institution to cable the cash...$2250, that didn't are the delivery. I'd spend the shipper when he got here. To ensure that was April 5th, Then I kept looking to get ahold of Casey, no solution no-return calls no response emails... At this time I'm obtaining a negative experience. And so I eventually obtain a your hands on them on April 8th state they've not gotten the delivery completed but he's focusing on it. Within the mean-time I'm contacting all his referrals on his site and that I am receiving reactions yes great versions but obviously no body will place people who are ot pleased with them on the site to get a referal. Within the mean-time I'm requesting fresh images and he claims I'll the moment sibling comes hoem from college. He claims that his freind is likely to be shipping him in my experience in of a week but nonetheless no cost on delivery. Lastly he claims that his buddy is likely to be $600 to create him out-but I'll need to satisfy him about one hour from my home casue he doesn't prefer to visit co. And so I am getting estimates from different shippers and obtain a for $300 and so I inform Casey that I'll do this and make certain he's his coggins and health cert. Therefore we ultimately have it resolved for collection I believe it had been about the 13th of April. He gets him about the trailer after which 24 hours later May 14th he gets off the truck. The shipper claims I'm happy he's below becasue that place was unpleasant and he was the very best hunting mount about the location. I'm happy he does appear great, ecpect his toes which required done really poorly, he claims he is just a farrier why were they not completed. He's overweight but I instead several unwanted weight than to slim. And so I set him in his pencil and supply him after which contact casey to allow him realize that he came secure which I had been likely to experience he later and find out how he's, needed to reach function shortly after he got home.
And So I got to experience him I believe it had been 24 hours later or evening after. I got him in to the circular pencil and lunged him and he appeared great and so I had by spouse there and that I mentioned okay I'm likely to access it and stroll which was good after which we trotted which was okay but the moment i requested for that lope he started out. Thus then i spoke to my spouse and stated okay lets try this again. Go trot lope he started out again. And so I got down and named casey and informed him what happened. He served really shocked. I mentioned I'm likely to possess the massage therapist out and chiropractor he did just travel from Oklahoma to Co, perhaps he's exhausted in the journey. So that they arrived I believe the exact same time. He did require it he was out in a number of locations. So that they stated let him sleep each day and find out how it moves. And so I did and he did exactly the same issues. Thus then i named my coach and required him over there and had him perform him and find out that which was happening. He explained properly might be his toes and he explained he's working like he's not used-to the elevation. Therefore give him 14 days to obtain used-to it after which discover what goes on. And so I got the farrier out and he trimmed him and stated I believe that you might want to consider him to hte vet and obtain him lameness examined. And so I got him and got him examined and xrayed returned okay so then I considered properly his teeth require completed perhaps that's it. Therefore got is teeth completed and his sheath the vet was among the toughest he had previously seen. Therefore in the end that and also the 14 days off I got him back again to my coach and he did the same and so I quit him in the coach for that month. I'd get check up on him and he'd state that he wasn't changing and may not determine why. Therefore ultimately in the ed of the month we eventually determined the mount had no-work ethos and didn't care if he delighted oyu or not which he'd not alter without having far more time when. He lso explained he bucked so difficult oneday he smashed his back cinch. And so I contact Casey and he claims we shall deal horses which he'll loving a great one which I will be pleased with.
So begins the trading saga.
I keep asking him about types he's on his website. No response to calls, no response to emails, no-return calls nothing. Lastly I believe that people possess a mount that'll function and that I am calling to obtain the coggins and material on this 1 he's to see whenever we could possibly get it-done and all a quick... Casey claims "I had been driving Jasper nowadays and he did the same so we better keep searching" really handy should you ask me which was June 13th. Then it only keeps happening not addressing the telephone no emails after which after I need a movie of 1... A lot of water a lot of rainfall no that one wont work... Till he discovers one tht he claims is likely to be excellent but he'll be one more $1900. I say no means I'm not spending more therefore I inform him come get him and provide me my cash back. No I can't do tht we shall keep searching. No I'll place him on my site and promote him for you personally. Send me images and that I can get him on immediately and so I do after which it's into July before he ultimately gets him on his website. I told him when issues weren't resolved quickly I had been going toput him in a list purchase. Well on and onto it went. Therefore ultimately named An Attorney and he or she explained to market him after which pursue him for that distinction. I'd actually been requesting him to get a reimbursement of half the price and he'd been declining that. Well lastly I did so consider him to that particular purchase and that I got $575 for him.
I did so eventually get $500 from him but I'm still out alot on him. I'm no means pleased with him.
Than I get a contact in the attorney that I'd spoken to before and there's another woman that's had an issue with Casey and he or she want to keep in touch with me by what occurred in my experience therefore I contact her to see her tale.
What exactly I'm saying is please be careful should you obtain a mount from him that anything is really as guaranteed and obtain issues written down in case.
I m not stating he doesn't possess some great horses but he's atleast 2 available which were never as guaranteed.
