I introduced my kitten to Banfield, Your Pet Hospital, in Burbank, Illinois, on January 4, since he was sick as well as in stress. He was identified by Dr. Anupama Muddasani having a urinary tract disease and delivered house with antibiotics. Their situation extended to intensify and that I introduced him back again to Banfield on January 9th. He was observed by Dr. Jatinder Singh Dhanoa and was again delivered home and that I was informed to carry on antibiotics. After his situation deteriorated even more, in frustration I got him to a different pet clinic on January 13th and he was instantly identified as having a totally distinct (neurological) issue, that he obtained correct therapy and it is currently properly. All the data the second clinic used-to get this to analysis was open to Banfield within their preliminary examination results. I experimented with contact Banfield personally and via phone, fax and email on 15 events regarding a reimbursement and not received an answer. I also submitted a using the Better Business Office, that they dismissed aswell.

Our cat was misdiagnosed on two distinct events, that I settled an overall total of $438.45. I taken care of an effective analysis and therapy of my kitten, that we didn't obtain. Far above financial harm, my kitten was struggling with a CRACKED DISK in his back, not really a URINARY TRACT DISEASE and was in agonizing discomfort for 2 months longer than required.
