I obtained my German Shepard dog (now named Ziva) from the original owners because they just didn't have room & time for her since they had to move to a smaller place. They originally named her sugar and bought her from Able K9 Academy. They gave her away knowing she was going to a good home. When they bought her they paid $800.00 for her. Martha, the owner/operator of Able K9 told them they could breed her or do whatever they wanted. We have had to go back to the breeder to obtain papers because they were lost in the move. Now that the original owners gave me Ziva we have had problems with Able K9 getting the papers. We finally got them after 2 months to find Martha at Able K9 blackened in the box saying this dog is not to be used for breeding purposes. However, if I will pay her $500.00 she will send back to AKC to clear the box for breeding. My male shepard has an outstanding bloodline so now she wants to see his pedigree and if she likes it she said she will take 1st pick of the litter instead for free. I have spoke to the original owners and they have assured me that when they bought Ziva they were able to breed her. Martha at Able K9 is just try to re-sell the dog or not let her be breed. That should not be uo to her
