I have spent closer to $400.00 at PetFlow. As a blogger and product reviewer I asked could I have a sample of a new product and was told 7 times this year and last that NO, they cannot do that. I submitted all the numbers, the traffic, the blog, and told them that they could ask me anything. No response. The Paul Newman Natural Balance they sent me had 5 bad cans (cannot open them and I cannot get the food to my dog because the bottom of the can does not open) I want those refunded to me and I want several more things refunded because of the stingy behavior of the people who work there. If they would spend less time posting cute pictures of animals on their FB site and got someone to connect with them instead and ask about their products, service, wait time for a response, SAMPLES, blogger-company relationship, Product Reviews and Giveaways, and so much more. I'm so upset with them for not giving me the opportunity to write on MY BLOG about them and give me a simple thing like a free sample... I want my $400.00 back! I want to speak to whomever is in charge of the people at FaceBook and the customer service manager and not the people running it right now. They are ruining your reputation!
