Beware DirecTV when their is "weather" In the last month I have had no signal to receive programming. Last week when I lost service I finally got through to customer service and was told we were having lightning & thunder, however it was light snow. Attempting to get through to customer service is frustrating and virtually impossible. When you get a representative you get many different answers. I would not recommend DirectTV, stay with your cable company and if you want to discuss pricing ask for the cable companies retention specialist.
