Contract Twice as Long as Promised and $440 Termination Fee

I have signed up for service a year ago, in small clauses they had me sign an agreement for 24 months when I was told for a year and now I am paying 96 dollars a month. If I have to discontinue Direct TV, asks for 440 dollars termination fee... Do not sign up for it and tell all your friends to do the same. They are looters
