I bought the "Magic Jack" a couple months before I saw the "Plus" starting to be advertised on tv! I was kinda disappointed, as I also went online & purchased the "5 yr plan" as well! I pd around $70 for that!
I think they should've told me the new product was gonna be coming out soon, & given me the option to "wait" for the new one to come out, as that one needs "no computer" to use it!
But they didn't say a word to me about it! Personally, I would've waited, as I would've preferred the product that needs no pc! And they won't "transfer service" to the new one, they just want your money "Twice"! I don't think it's good business practice, to do that!
I think they should allow customers who "just recently" in the last few months, bought the product, to get the new one, and also get whatever service they bought with it, "Free", and just "Trash" the old one, so you wouldn't be using "both"!
MJ can get "free advertising" either way! Because people like myself can "spread the word", even by "word of mouth" to other people, and mention the experience we've had like this!
If they don't want "bad reviews" going around, they can always "Make A Deal" with those like myself! Because right now, I'm pretty dis-satisfied!
