My Kirby demo was the worst experience ever! The young man spent more time asking for something to drink, and wanting to use the bathroom, than he did showing the product. Used filters were flying all over the room every time he started the vacuum, and when I started gathering them up, he said he had to show 100 filters to his boss so they had to remain on the floor! His demo for the shampooer had more foam on the walls than on the small area of rug that he was shampooing! The Rep stated that the demo would be about 30 minutes... THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER, I told him he had to pack it in because I was already running late for an app.!! After this experience with people who represent the Kirby co., I'll stick to my easy to use Dyson vacuum and Bissell shampooer!!!
