Horrible in everyway

What a bad company in everyway... My most recent frustration comes from poor equipment. Its been taking over 30 seconds to change channels, bring up info or the guide and even turn off the receiver. I've done a hard reset multiple times and even contacted technical support without any resolution. I've been a loyal customer since Direct TV started and the only thing I've ever received from them were sneaky contract renewals after they offered me "free" upgrades of my already broken equipment. Unfortunately as a previous poster stated, they hold the monopoly on certain things like NFL package (I also live in VT), and best HD programming in the area. I've had Dish Network as well, and they also have their problems unfortunately. My wife and I will more than likely be switching over to watching what programs we will be able to on internet sites although this will limit what we will be able to watch. Good job Direct TV, you've lost another customer.
