This site is a waste of money. They have a good idea with their call center but the management is poor. My business works with many emergency call centers and truckers assist is by far the worst. Missing info about the call. Such as the weight of the truck, if it is loaded, does the driver speak english??? These questions make all the difference when you have to travel 20 miles to get to a service call. If your price is too high by their standards or your ETA is too long by their standards your company will be suspended until a resolution is made. Mind you this service is not free to the service company. It will cost your company an additional 200.00 us. To be added to their preffered vendor list. You can make two mistakes before they cut you off and keep your money. This is the only site with a call center. Maybe their is a reason for that. I got my two calls in two days. My prices were considered to be to high for their customers. Havent heard from truckers assist since. My advise stick with the bigger older companies (truck down or NTTS) Truckers assist wont be around much longer if this is how they treat their preffered service providers
