Deceptive marketing - "Horton hears a Who"

Although Walmart has decent return policies with most items, they do not allow a person to return DVDs that have been opened. Walmart is now capitalizing on this policy with some horribly deceptive advertising.

I bought "Horton Hears a Who" which was prominently displayed and marked at $14.00. The back of the DVD said (in noticeable print) that it had three "bonus" books by Dr. Seuss, making it appear like many box office released DVDs. Only after opening the DVD at home and seeing that it was not the real deal, did I realize I had been mislead by their prominent display, comparable price to a new release, and exact title of the newly released movie.instead, I paid $14.00 for a 26 minute Dr. Seuss cartoon of "Horton hears a who."

Is it coincidence that this 26 minute cartoon (with "bonus" features) was prominently displayed with a DVD cover appearing like the "real" movie at exactly the same time period one is expecting the movie to appear on store shelves? Is it coincidence that a 26 minute cartoon would cost around the same price as many other full-length movies at Walmart ($14-15)? Is it coincidence that opened DVDs cannot be returned or traded? I think not. Thanks for ripping many of us off. I say many of us because the prominent display was full on Saturday and empty on Monday when I tried to return the DVD, making me believe that others made the same mistake (or should I say were mislead by the appearance and marketing).
