Unwanted phone call-I'm on do not call list

I obtained an unwelcome mobile call on May 2 out of this company. After I requested the consultant what their phone number is, she mumbled some phrases and hung-up on me. I'm likely to document FCC and condition measures against them. I'm about the "DoN't Call" checklist.
