I have bought a camcorder from them and it was defected. I asked to have it replaced, for one of equal value, because they do not have the same one in stock. Now my warranty has expired and the Sony company in it-self, wants me to send it to them, so they can fix it at cost. I have contactacted Walmart several times before, and they replied that they, will notify me within 24 hrs. Two months' ago. I have bought 3 or 4 Video tapes to make sure that it was not the tapes. My question is, I was well eithin my, warranty date with this issue. Now I have to send it to the company to be repaired a then have to pay. I feel i should not have to pay when, I copntacted the so prior to my warranty (30), Is there any justice to this maddness. I am now feeling that Walmart is not a reliable sourse for business. If anyone else has experienced this type of abuse or have any concerns, I urge you to Step forward. Mike Jones
