Ordered Headstone and Was Charged, No Confirmation or Ship Date

I ordered a headstone from this company on July 21. I have been charged and the charge has cleared my bank, but I have not received a confirmation or an email with any information about the ship date. Today is August 12th. I have left several voicemails and none of my calls have been returned. I have been attempting contact for 9 days now.
