I used one of the "Earn free mithril" offers on Hobbit: Kingdoms, but never received the promised reward. I submitted a ticket right away, but have not heard back after several hours. Very frustrating experience. I purchased an item from the advertised affiliate expecting to receive 27 mithril in return, but I haven't received anything! Is this company a scam??
