Motorized Police Car Toy Missing Wheel, Charger Cord, Megaphone and Doors

My son's Christmas Gift is ruined thanks to Wal-Mart. Its Christmas Eve and we are assembling the Dodge Charger Motorized Police Car and the steering wheel, Battery Charger cord, megaphone and doors are all missing. What is supposed to be a joyous magical Christmas is now ruined for my 2 year old son.
