What happened is this. We had an emergency, and when I pressed send, there was a block of letters and numbers to play with. I said this email was serious. I do not want to put anyone's life on hold just because Yahoo wants to play the number game. What the heck, anyway, anyone can put the letters in. We are seniors here. Give us a break. This is just what I am talking about: more numbers and letters just to email a complaint. Do not block me again. This is not a business.
