I was hit in a parking lot. It was clearly the other car's fault, I had a witness, and the police were called, but they would not write a ticket on private property. They did write a report. When Allstate found out that the car that hit me was insured by Allstate Auto Insurance, they stopped everything. My agent and personal financial representative, Cindy Chipman, would not help me, so now I have a car I cannot drive. I had to buy an old beater to get to work. If I were you, I would stay away from Allstate Auto Insurance. I had been with them for years, and they took my money and then left me out in the cold. Thanks.
