I purchased the Road Hazard Tire & Wheel Protection Plan that was supposed to cover tire repair or replacement. I ran over a nail on the highway and it popped my tire. Since you can not stop in the middle of the highway, I immediately pulled over on to the off ramp. A tow service replaced the tire with a spare tire.
When I went to file the claim with Fidelity, they denied it because they said I drove on the tire yet there was no damage to the rim. I asked how you could avoid from driving on the tire since you have to pull over out of traffic? Beware. Do not buy auto warranties through Fidelity Warranty Services!
