Claim declined after rear-end hit, won in small claims court

I was involved in an accident where an Allstate client hit my car in the rear. I made a claim for the loss, and their rep came to my house and declared my car a total loss. The Allstate rep then declined my claim, saying it was not their client's fault. He was mean and a racist, as I am not American-born. He was not willing to entertain my request.

I ended up going to small claims court and suing the guy who hit my car. The judge ruled in my favor. If you ever get hit by an Allstate client, make sure to get a police report. Otherwise, you are not going to get a penny from Allstate.
