This company did not cash a check that I mailed for my mortgage payment. They are sitting on my check, attempting to put me in a position where they can foreclose. I have proof of delivery and receipt of the May payment (sent in June) and proof that there was money in the bank to cover the check. I am behind for June, but by not cashing the check they have me two months behind when I am only a month behind.
They are trying to take the home that I have paid on for 14 years and have equity in. You can't email them. Send all communication by certified mail or priority mail with delivery confirmation. They are untrustworthy and dishonest.
