The Petco in Roanoke, Virginia, is a joke. It has to be the most unprofessional retail store I have ever set foot in. Not only does it have terrible customer service, but the Roanoke store employs what seem to be street thugs with no experience. I guess that is what minimum wage gets you these days. If you are thinking of purchasing pet-related products near Roanoke, VA, steer clear of Petco.
