Took $450. Without ever including items to be shipped, wrong moving dates of coverage, Provided the entire credit card info on line. Entire. They use intimidation practices, always impatient with our questions. Do not send proper paperwork in a printable format. Provided an email address as follows... [email protected]. Refund our We asked about the cancellation policy and whether our money would be returned. "GREG" told us over the phone that it would. We never got the order form filled out properly. But was supposedly sent the policy. WE never got it. Just a lot of rude and unprofessional behavior. Now they won't return our money.
Did I mention I didn't call PAFinsurnce but was pushed to them by their partner Merit Van Lines. They bath have put my complete credit card info. On the internet and put my credit at RISK.
