After viewing Rosland Capital's ads on the Fox News Channel, I thought I would make a small investment in silver. A sales rep advised me to purchase 35 $1 Morgan Silver Dollars in MS63 condition at $84 each, way, way overpriced, and 55 Morgan Peace Dollars in AU to VFine condition at $36.60 each, which was not too bad.
But when my shipment arrived, I found that only 10 of the Morgan Peace Dollars met the numismatic description of AU to VFine, and the other 45 coins were in very poor shape. Of course I complained to the company. They told me to ship them back and promised to correct their error. When I called back a few days later to follow up, they told me they could no longer keep that promise, but I could purchase other silver items or buy gold.
So how can a business like this, which has ripped off other trusting people like myself, stay open? Can anyone out there figure this one out? Please let me know!
