We turned in our 2007 lease to the dealer, North Town Hyundai, on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville, NY 14221. We then purchased a 2009 Hyundai, and by mistake I made my payments to the old lease account #xx382. We also had a dispute about $553.50 in damage to the 2007.
The dispute was settled and must have been reported to the credit bureau, and it is affecting my credit score. I have called Hyundai since last year and was told it was resolved in January; however, something from Hyundai is affecting my credit. On May 27, I again got a letter stating that the account on 8/13 was paid in full. Can you help me get this mess off my credit?
