Eviction papers served after dispute over loan agreement

Does anyone have any support or ideas for me? I have been dealing with Fairbanks and it has been going on for some time. I was just served papers today to be out of our house by August 11th. I am afraid we are not going to be able to find a place. Is there anything I can do to make sure I can find a place to live? Is there any chance of making this go on longer and giving me more time, if need be, to get out? Fairbanks has been so unfair to us and treated us badly from day 1 and has not been the company they say they are. I can never get the same person when I call, and then they say they never had an agreement to work out a deal with us.

Any suggestion on buying time, and any suggestion how I can go about making sure I have a place for my family and kids? Please post your comments below.
