Give them whatever address Fairbanks is using with you. I have received letters from Fairbanks in Florida and Utah, so I furnished them with both, and with any contact people I have spoken to at Fairbanks (what do they call themselves? Customer service representatives? And that is using the term lightly...).
But for PA people there is help...
