I have been dealing with Fairbanks Capital Corp since October. In my fifty years on this earth, in this country, I have not experienced a more completely inept or deliberately conniving business than Fairbanks Capital Corp.
I have read the stories of others who are experiencing the same problems as myself. There is no need to elaborate. Anyone who has dealt with this company already knows my anguish. They must be brought to justice. I can't imagine a more cruel and lowdown way to cheat people. Fairbanks' attitude is that small individual homeowners can't do anything to stop them from abusing us. It is the big violating the small. I am interested in any class action suit or info on any means to fight them.
