Fairbanks Capital Corp
Foreclosed while a forbearance agreement was still active

I need to know if there is a class action suit in Illinois regarding Fairbanks.

They foreclosed on my house while I was making payments under a forbearance agreement that was still active.

I'm not sure my lawyer did all he could, but I need to know somebody who can do more. I am sure this is illegal.
