Fairbanks Capital is now being investigated by HUD and other Federal agencies. Today, U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski (Democrat from Maryland) asked for a formal investigation to commence.
The FBI should actually be on this case, but they refuse to act.
In Baltimore, MD, a tv-station called WBALTV has been reporting on the fraudulent practices of Fairbanks for the past week. Maybe they will keep working until Fairbanks is closed down for good.
