Sain Lawsuit on Overdraft Fees Filed Dec. 18 in Virginia

On Dec. 18, a lawsuit was filed in US District Court in the Western District of Virginia against BB&T for resequencing debits and credits, misrepresenting its products, misleading customers and gouging customers with overdraft fees. The suit can be found online. Just google Sain v. BB&T; the docket number is 4:08cv00040.
