Loan modification package denied without reason or explanation

American Servicing company which work for Wells Fargo Mortgage are unprofessional and incooperative. I'm trying for months already to deal with them to avoid my bad loan that they set up few years ago. I send them Loan Modification package and they denied my request without any reason and explanation. I would like report this and let know people who have any business with them, that they are completely unprofessional.
