Debited My Checking Account After I Applied but Never Completed Loan

I was exploring the using of a pay day loan. Applied to 500 fast cash. I was approved but never completed the transaction. Never received any money. NOW they are debiting my checking account. I am changing my accounts at my bank and reporting them to the bank.
